Amend CSHB 1 in Article IX on page IX-55, amend Sec. 12.01 (Aircraft):

(b) Agencies authorized to expend appropriated funds for the maintenance and operation of state-owned aircraft or replacements authorized by Subsection (d) are:

(1) Texas A&M University System;

(1) (2) Texas Department of Criminal Justice;

(2) (3) Texas Department of Transportation;

(3) (4) Parks and Wildlife Department;

(4) (5) Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas;

(6) University of Texas System;

(5) (7) Texas State Technical College; and

(6) (8) Texas Forest Service.
