Amend CSHB 1 as follows:

1) On page IX-81, add the following rider:

____. Contingency Appropriation for HB 2004. Contingent upon the enactment of HB 2004, or similar legislation relating to a pilot project to provide emergency telemedicine medical services in rural areas, by the Eighty-Fourth Legislature, Regular Session, the Department of State Health Services shall redirect $250,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2017 from General Revenue-Dedicated Commission on State Emergency Communications Account No. 5007 in Strategy B.3.1, EMS and Trauma Care Systems, to implement the provisions of the legislation.
