Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1)  In Article I of the bill, following the appropriations to the Texas Facilities Commission, in Rider No. 6, Employee Testing (page I-42), insert the following immediately after the period at the end of the rider:
The commission shall provide an employee information on the state's immunization registry, including information on the procedure to be included in the registry, when the employee receives an immunization for which the cost is paid by the commission as provided by this rider.
(2)  In Article II of the bill, following the appropriations to the Department of State Health Services, in Rider No. 21, Immunization of Employees (page II-56), insert the following immediately after the period at the end of the rider:
The Department of State Health Services shall provide an employee information on the state's immunization registry, including information on the procedure to be included in the registry, when the employee receives an immunization for which the cost is paid by the department as provided by this rider.
(3)  In Article VI of the bill, following the appropriations to the Animal Health Commission, in Rider No. 4, Testing and Immunization of Employees (page VI-12), insert the following immediately after the period at the end of the rider:
The Animal Health Commission shall provide an employee information on the state's immunization registry, including information on the procedure to be included in the registry, when the employee receives an immunization for which the cost is paid by the commission as provided by this rider.
(4)  In Article VI of the bill, following the appropriations to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, in Rider No. 33, Testing and Immunization of Employees (page VI-41), insert the following immediately after the period at the end of the rider:
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) shall provide an employee information on the state's immunization registry, including information on the procedure to be included in the registry, when the employee receives an immunization for which the cost is paid by the TPWD as provided by this rider.
