Amend CSHB 1 in Article XI, following the Article I appropriations to the Office of the Governor (page XI-2), by inserting the following appropriately numbered contingent rider:
____. Contingent Rider: Unmanned Aircraft Program. (a) This rider is contingent on the enactment of HB 3429 or similar legislation by the 84th Legislature, Regular Session, 2015, that becomes law.
(b) In addition to other amounts appropriated under this Act, $2,000,000 is appropriated out of the general revenue fund to the office of the governor for the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2015, for the purpose of implementing the unmanned aircraft program.
