Amend Floor Amendment No. 281 by Dukes to CSHB 1, by adding the following:
(____) Sec. ____. Contingency for HB 656. Contingent upon enactment of HB 656, or similar legislation relating to the payment of foster care costs, by the Eighty-Fourth Legislature, Regular Session, DFPS is appropriated $3,724,482 in general revenue funds in fiscal year 2016 and $3,757,450 in general revenue funds in fiscal year 2017 to implement the provision of the legislation.
