Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) Under the Article XI appropriations to Texas Southern University (page XI-11), add the following appropriately numbered rider:
____. College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. In addition to the amount appropriated under Article III to Texas Southern University, the amount of $2 million is appropriated from the general revenue fund for each state fiscal year of the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2015, to Texas Southern University for the purpose of funding the university's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
(2) Adjust the article totals and methods of financing accordingly.
