Amend CSHB 1, Article XI, by adding the following:
Contingent upon passage of HB1769 or similar legislation, any fees collected from qualified assisted living providers licensed under Chapter 247 of the Health and Safety Code to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the assisted living licensure process as may be defined in the enrolled legislation are hereby appropriated to the Department of Aging and Disability Services or its successor to be used in FY 2016 and FY 2017 to implement those provisions.
