Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article XI of the bill by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:

____. Contingent General Revenue Appropriation for Texas Farm and Ranch Lands Conservation Program. If HB 1925 or similar legislation of the 84th Legislature, Regular Session, 2015, providing for the transfer of the Texas farm and ranch lands conservation program to the Parks and Wildlife Department is enacted and becomes law, $30,000,000 is appropriated from the general revenue fund to the Parks and Wildlife Department for the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2015, for purposes of the program.
