Amend CSHB 1 in Article XI of the bill, by adding the following appropriately numbered rider and renumbering subsequent riders accordingly:

____: Contingent on the enactment of HB 2473, or similar legislation to establish grant program in the Department of Housing and Community Affairs to assist certain organizations or governmental entities to make residential mortgage loans to residents of certain neighborhoods funded from the $125.2 million deposited in general revenue from the State-Federal National Mortgage Settlement.
