Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
(1) In Article XI, add the following new rider:
Contingency for HB 3556. Contingent on the enactment of HB 3556, or similar legislation relating to the development of the Interstate Highway 635 East project in Dallas County, by the Eighty-Fourth Legislature, Regular Session, 2015, the Department of Transportation is appropriated $2,200,000,000 out of any available source of revenue deposited the State Highway Fund for the purpose of developing the Interstate Highway 635 East project from United States Highway 75 to Interstate Highway 30 in Dallas County.
