Amend CSHB 1, Article XI, as follows:

The following amounts are added to the appropriate Health and Human Services Commission Strategies to address the underfunded provider rates for Private Duty Nursing as identified in the Health and Human Services FY2016-17 Consolidated Budget: for FY2016, $13,519,615 in general revenue funds and $31,611,865 in All Funds; for FY2017, $14,283,795 in general revenue funds and $33,396,760 in All Funds (the All Funds amounts are estimated)
