Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) by adding the following appropriately numbered rider to Article XI of the bill:
____. International Management District. For the public purpose of development and diversification of the economy of the state, the amount of $3,000,000 is appropriated from the general revenue fund to the International Management District for the purpose of constructing, installing, or maintaining crosswalks, major corridors, community gardens, and drought tolerant plants.
