Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article XI of the bill by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:
____. Contingent General Revenue Appropriation for Water Conservation Education and Assistance. In addition to other amounts appropriated to the Water Development Board by this Act, $1,125,000 is appropriated from the general revenue fund to the Water Development Board for each year of the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2015, for purposes of providing water conservation education and assistance.
