On page II-42 add the following:

39. Restoration of Child Abuse Prevention Funds. From funds appropriated above in Strategy C.1.3, the Department of Family Protective Services shall use $1,200,000 for the Texas Home Visitation Program or an evidence based home visitation model program generationally similar to Texas Home Visitation Program to counties that aggregately lost state funding for evidence based home visitation under the Department of Family & Protective Services Texas Families: Together and Safe program for child abuse and neglect prevention services during the 2014-2015 biennium.
