On page ____ of the Health and Human Services Commission bill pattern, add the following new rider:

____. Level of Need for Behavioral Stabilization Care. Out of funds above in Goal B, Medicaid, the Health and Human Services Commission shall automatically assign a LON 6 or 9 rate for private providers delivering behavioral stabilization care for individuals with behavioral challenge issues preventing them from remaining in their current treatment setting which allows them to return to their original facility in a community based ICF/IID unit.
