Amend Floor Amendment No. 35 by Alvarado to CSHB 1 as follows:
(1) In Item (1) of the amendment, on line 2, strike "Article I" and substitute "Article XI".
(2) In Item (1) of the amendment, strike lines 3-5 and substitute "appropriately numbered rider:".
(3) Strike Item (2) of the amendment and renumber subsequent items accordingly.
