Amend Amendment No. 387 by Moody to CSHB 1 (page 231 of the prefiled amendment packet) by striking the text of the amendment and substituting the following:
Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article XI, immediately following the provisions for Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor by adding the following provisions:
____. Appropriation to Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor. In addition to other amounts appropriated by this Act, the following is appropriated from the general revenue fund to the Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor for Strategy B.1.3, Homeland Security:
(1) $2,085,859 for the fiscal year beginning September 1, 2015; and
(2) $3,164,141 for the fiscal year beginning September 1, 2016.
____. Appropriation to Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor. In addition to other amounts appropriated by this Act, the following is appropriated from the general revenue fund to the Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor for border prosecutions:
(1) $2,085,859 for the fiscal year beginning September 1, 2015; and
