System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
1) On page VI-31 of the Parks and Wildlife bill pattern, increase appropriations by $300,000 in general revenue funding in fiscal year 2016 to Strategy B.2.2, Boating Access and Other Grants.
2) On page VI-43 of the Parks and Wildlife bill pattern, add the following rider:
____. City of Rio Hondo Boat Ramp and Park Enhancement. Out of amounts appropriated above in Strategy B.2.2, Boating Access and Other Grants, $300,000 in general revenue in fiscal year 2016 shall be used for repair and development of a boat ramp providing access to the Arroyo Colorado River, the Laguna Madre Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico, and adjoining park amenities in the City of Rio Hondo.
3) On page V-28 of the Military Department bill pattern, decrease appropriations by $300,000 in general revenue funding in fiscal year 2016 to Strategy B.1.1, Facilities Maintenance.
