Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
(1) On page XI-18 of the Commission on Environmental Quality's appropriations, add the following rider:
Study on Economic Impacts of Recycling. Contingent on enactment of HB2763, or similar legislation relating to a study of the current and potential economic impacts of recycling, by the Eighty-Fourth Legislature, Regular Session, $250,000 for the year of the biennium ending August 31, 2017 shall be appropriated from Strategy A.1.3, Waste Assessment and Planning, out of the Solid Waste Disposal Account No. 5000 to perform the study.
