____. Palo Pinto Mountains State Park. Out of amounts appropriated above in Strategy D.1.1, Improvements and Major Repairs, $2,678,899 from the State Parks Account No. 64 in fiscal year 2016 shall be used for planning and development of Palo Pinto Mountains State Park.
