System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend CSHB 1 in Article IX, under the Information Resources Provision, add the following appropriately numbered rider on page IX-44:
(d) Funds appropriated under this Act for information technology may not be allocated to state agencies unless:
(1) the agency has met all requirements pertaining to providing access to public information under Subtitle A, Title 5, Government Code; or
(2) the funds requested are solely or prioritized for the purpose of meeting requirements pertaining to providing access to public information under Subtitle A, Title 5, Government Code.
