Amend Amendment No. 425 by Leach to CSHB 1 (prefiled amendments packet page 295) as follows:
(1) On lines 5 and 6, strike "use any money appropriated by this Act for the planning" and substitute the following:
provide a loan, grant, contribution or other expenditure from money appropriated by this Act for:
(1) the planning
(2) On line 8, between "2015" and the period, insert the following:
; or
(2) the planning or construction of a tolled highway that is not in the state highway system
