Amend CSHB 1 as follows:

(1)  On page II-44 of the bill pattern for the Department of State Health Services, reduce general revenue appropriations to Strategy A.2.2, HIV/STD Prevention, by $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2016 and by $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2017.

(2)  On page II-44 of the bill pattern for the Department of State Health Services, increase general revenue appropriations to Strategy A.3.3, Abstinence Education by $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2016 and by $2,500,000, in fiscal year 2017.

(3)  Adjust the article totals and methods of financing accordingly.
