System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
(1) On page II-72 of the Health and Human Services Commission's bill pattern, increase the funds appropriated to Strategy D.2.2, Alternatives to Abortion by $3,350,000 in general revenue funds in fiscal year 2016 and $3,350,000 in general revenue funds in fiscal year 2017.
(2) On page I-52 of the Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor bill pattern, reduce the funds appropriated to Strategy C.1.3, Film and Music Marketing by $3,350,000 in general revenue funds in fiscal year 2016 and $3,350,000 in general revenue funds in fiscal year 2017.
(3) Adjust totals and methods of finance accordingly.
