Amend Amendment No. 68 by Spitzer (page 69 of the prefiled amendment packet) as follows:
(1) On line 4 of the amendment, strike "$2,500,000" and substitute "$1,500,000".
(2) On line 5 of the amendment, strike "$2,500,000" and substitute "$1,500,000".
(3) On line 9 of the amendment, strike both instances of "2,500,000" and substitute for each "$1,500,000".
