Of the aAmounts appropriated above in Goal B, Medicaid, include $460,000,000 in general revenue funds and $1,096,000,000 in All Funds is appropriated to provide increases to reimbursement rates to the Medicare level for primary care providers, OB/GYN's, neurologists, and psychiatrists.
