Amend CSHB 1 in Article II in Strategy B.1.1. as follows:

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission shall report, no later than September 1, 2015 and October 15, 2016, all specific and projected program expenditures for Star+Plus to the lieutenant governor, speaker of the house, Legislative Budget Board members, Texas Health and Human Services Committee members, and the Texas Human Services Committee members. The expenditures will include a FY 2016 budgetary expenditures and estimated expenditures for each program in Star+Plus and projected expenditures for FY 2017.
