Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
On page XI-XX, under "the Commission on Health and Human Services", add the following new item:
____ Contingency for HB 3077. Contingent on the enactment of HB 3077 or similar legislation by the Eighty-Fourth Legislature, Regular Session, the Commission on Health and Human Services is appropriated $28 million in general revenue to provide supplemental funding of emergency air ambulance services.
