Amend CSHB 2 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 9 of the bill, on page 4, line 22, between "taxes" and the period, insert the following:
, and to provide additional health care services to Medicaid managed care enrollees. The Health and Human Services Commission shall ensure that a managed care organization that receives an increased Medicaid capitation payment from money appropriated under this section uses the amount of the increase only to provide those additional health care services to enrollees in the organization's managed care plan under the Medicaid program
(2) In SECTION 10 of the bill, on page 5, line 13, between "taxes" and the period, insert the following:
, and to provide additional health care services to child health plan program enrollees. The Health and Human Services Commission shall ensure that a managed care organization that receives an increased child health plan program capitation payment from money appropriated under this section uses the amount of the increase only to provide those additional health care services to enrollees in the organization's managed care plan under the child health plan program
