Amend CSHB 2 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 8, line 13, strike "$9,633,658" and substitute "$9,538,658".

(2)  Add the following SECTION, appropriately numbered, to the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  APPROPRIATION FOR VOLUNTEER FIREMEN MONUMENT. In addition to amounts previously appropriated for the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2015, the amount of $95,000 is appropriated out of the general revenue fund to the State Preservation Board for the two-year period beginning on the effective date of this Act for the purpose of expanding and improving the volunteer firemen monument on the south lawn of the Capitol grounds.
