Amend CSHB 2 by adding Section 13. VETERANS COMMISSION: FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT EMPLOYEES. The number of full-time equivalent employees (FTEs) the Veterans Commission is authorized by other law to employ during the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2015, the commission may employ an additional 19.5 FTEs during that state fiscal year.
