Amend CSHB 4 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 5, line 15, strike "Not later than December 1, 2018" and substitute "Beginning in 2018, not later than December 1 of each even-numbered year" .
(2) On page 5, line 18, strike "2018" and substitute "2024".
