Amend Amendment No. 4 by Laubenberg to CSHB 4 (house committee report), on page 1, by striking lines 8 and 9 and substituting the following:
districts under Subsection (b) for the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2017, may not exceed the greater of:
(1) $130 million; or
(2) the amount of the appropriation provided for the prekindergarten program under this subchapter in HB1, Acts of the 84th Legislature, Regular Session, 2015, as enacted.
