Amend CSHB 11 (house committee report) on page 10 of the bill as follows:
(1) On line 11, between "authorities" and "at", insert "and to local law enforcement authorities working with those federal authorities".
(2) On line 15, between "department" and "may", insert "and local law enforcement authorities".
(3) On line 18, between "director" and "shall", insert "and applicable local law enforcement authorities".
