Amend CSHB 11 (house committee report) on page 10 of the bill as follows:
(1) Between lines 17 and 18, insert the following:
(c) Assistance provided by the department under this section must be distributed along the international border in an equal and uniform manner.
(2) On line 18, strike "(c)" and substitute "(d)".
(3) On line 18, between "shall" and "adopt", insert ",with the approval of the commission,"
