Amend Floor Amendment No. 16 by Stickland (page 28 of the prefiled amendment packet) to CSHB 11 by striking the text of the amendment and substituting the following:

(d) The Texas Transnational Intelligence Center shall comply with Section 421.085, Government Code, and the rules relating to that section.
