Amend CSHB 11 (house committee report) on page 13 as follows:

(1)  On lines 14 and 15, strike ", with the intent to obtain a pecuniary benefit,".

(2)  On line 24, between "(2)" and "encourages", insert "with the intent to obtain a pecuniary benefit, ".
