Amend CSHB 11 (house committee report) on page 13, between lines 26 and 27, by inserting the following:
(a-1) For purposes of Subsection (a)(2), a determination of whether an individual's presence in this county violates federal law may be made only by a federal agency authorized to make such a determination.
