Amend Amendment No. 25 by Tinderholt (page 38 of the prefiled amendments packet) to CSHB 11 by striking the text of the amendment and substituting the following:

Amend CSHB 11 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 15, lines 6 and 7, strike ", during a period that is 30 or more days in duration,".

(2)  On page 15, lines 13 and 14, strike ", during a period that is 30 or more days in duration,".
