Amend CSHB 11 (house committee printing) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill as appropriate:
SECTION ____. Subchapter A, Chapter 411, Government Code, is amended by adding Section 411.0211 to read as follows:
Sec. 411.0211. CERTAIN REIMBURSEMENTS. The department by rule shall establish a procedure for reimbursing officers who are transferred to the Texas-Mexico border region and relocated to another assignment by the department before the first anniversary of the date of the transfer to the border region.
