System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend Amendment No. 1 by Birdwell to CSHB 11 on page 1, after line 22, by adding the following:
(f) Not later than January 30, 2016, the Department of Public Safety shall report to the joint interim committee the number of arrests and seizures made by the department in each county along the Texas-Mexico border during the 2015 calendar year.
(g) Not later than September 1, 2016, the Department of Public Safety shall report to the joint interim committee the number of arrests and seizures made by the department in each county along the Texas-Mexico border during the period beginning on January 1, 2016 and ending on August 31, 2016.
