Amend CSHB 19 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 2, line 12, strike "may" and substitute "must".
(2) On page 2, line 13, strike ", at the discretion of the department,".
(3) On page 2, line 14, after the underlined period, add the following:
The department shall evaluate the outcomes of the pilot program and ensure that the program is producing positive results before implementing the program throughout the state.
