Amend CSHB 80 (house committee report) on page 3, lines 12 through 15 by striking "data that is read from or manually entered into a wireless communication device, including an SMS text, e-mail, instant message, or other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication" and substituting "data, other than a telephone number or global positioning system data, that is read from or manually entered into a wireless communication device for the purpose of communicating with another person, including an SMS text, e-mail, instant message".
