The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 200 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 8, line 13, after the period, add "An appeal under this subsection must be filed with the district court not later than the 45th day after the date the district issues the final order.".
(2) Strike page 8, line 25, through page 9, line 15, and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
