Amend HB 234 on third reading as follows:

(1)  Strike Floor Amendment No. 1 by Springer (Engrossed Rider No. 2).

(2)  On page 1, line 8, between "may" and "order", insert ", if the court has jurisdiction over a county or municipality with a population of at least 700,000,".

(2)  On page 1, line 24, between "law" and "finds", insert "with jurisdiction over a county or municipality with a population of at least 700,000".
