Amend CSHB 456 (house committee printing) on page 3, between lines 2 and 3, by inserting the following:
(c) Notwithstanding Subsection (b), the board of trustees of a school district may adopt a reasonable policy for the designation on school property of an area in which students are prohibited as a place for faculty and staff to use e-cigarettes for the cessation of smoking.
