Amend HB 799 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 24, strike "and".
(2) On page 2, line 4, between "agencies" and the underlined period, insert the following:
; and
(4) the impact of federal funds provided to the state, including the consequences to state agencies if federal funds were withheld are not accepted.
