Amend CSHB 939 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following:
(b) Notwithstanding Section 202.002, this section applies only to a dedicatory instrument provision adopted on or after the effective date of this section.
(2) Redesignate subdivisions and cross-references in added Section 202.019, Property Code, appropriately.
(3) On page 5, strike lines 19-21.
(4) Renumber SECTIONS of the bill appropriately.
