(1) On page 5, line 1, between "Sec. 2004.008." and "CRIMINAL PENALTIES.", insert the following:
COMMUNICATION OF WINNING NUMBER. The winning number of a charitable raffle conducted under this chapter may not be communicated to raffle participants by means of interactive and instantaneous technology.
