Amend HB 975 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 5, line 1, between "Sec. 2004.008." and "CRIMINAL PENALTIES.", insert the following:
COMMUNICATION OF WINNING NUMBER. The winning number of a charitable raffle conducted under this chapter may not be communicated to raffle participants by means of interactive and instantaneous technology.
Sec. 2004.009.
(2) On page 5, line 19, strike "2004.009" and substitute "2004.010".
