The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 996 (house committee printing) on page 2, immediately following added Section 2269.0541(a), Government Code, by inserting the following:
(a-1) Notwithstanding Subsection (a)(1), a municipality or county with a population of one million or more may require a person bidding on a public work contract, including a contractor or subcontractor, to enter into or adhere to an agreement with a collective bargaining organization relating to the public work contract.
